A reception will be held on Friday, May 4th, from 5pm to 7pm followed by a talk with the artist and attorney Collin Mickle, Coordinator of the Immigration Resource Center in Hyannis, at 7pm.

Five Focal Points: Frank Winters, Mikael Carstanjan, Mark Chester, Julia Cumes, Rowland Scherman | an exhibit showcasing the diverse photography styles of five Cape Cod artists at Cotuit Center for the Arts.

Join Mark Chester for a guided tour and Q&A session about his work! During this special talk at 1:00PM, Chester will discuss the backstory behind his project The Bay State: A Multicultural Landscape, Photographs of New Americans. Chester will greet visitors as they come through Speen Hall Gallery starting at 11:00AM.

The 2016 book launch and exhibition at the New Bedford Art Museum/ArtWorks! Heritage Gallery will highlight the museum's winter to spring exhibition season with exclusive programming coinciding with the companion book launch including signings, lectures and workshops offering a new perspective on this important collection.
